JLaw will not go to bed hungry, particularly in her mansion also with a bank account so large that just thinking about it hurts her neck. Lawrence made a brilliant real-estate move when she bought Jessica Simpson’s old house. The house has six bathrooms and five bedrooms, despite its outstanding price tag of $8 million (not even including the home insurance, which is undoubtedly worth a lot more). The house, too, has a French feel to it, with a mix of natural designs and being encircled by plants and trees.

Chris Evans – $3.5 Million, Hollywood Hills
With all that Chris Evans has accomplished for the Marvel films, it’s only fair that he be rewarded with luxurious real estate assets. He was able to acquire a newly renovated home in the Hollywood Hills. The $3.5 million mansion appears to be the ideal bachelor pad. Evans enjoys cooking, so he invested in a high-end kitchen. He does have a massive pool and spa on his property. We don’t know if he had to take out a home loan for it, but given his solid net worth, we doubt he did.
