Expressing Her Experience
Clint had understood that her mother did not want to hurt her wife. However, she wanted to express her experience when she was still with her husband as a loving wife and a responsible mother. They would do chores and responsibilities inside their house. He also realized that his house was not tidy enough, which made his mother worried about them. He confessed that “I will admit, though, there is often kid clutter, dishes in the sink, and half-finished art projects on the counters,” and he described every detail inside his house that made his mother feel that his wife was irresponsible.

It Did Not Bother Him
Clint did not prioritize finding a neat and tidy wife but a loving mother who would take care of his kids. He also did not have the same qualities that his father wanted. Clint stated, “I will also admit, [our house] isn’t as clean as my mother’s home, but that doesn’t bother me. In fact, I don’t really think about that at all.” He admitted that his house was not orderly as his mother would see, but it did not bother him. He only wanted to be with his wife and children happily residing in their home.
