Different Generation
Clint’s mother had lived in the boomer generation. It was the era where people were born in World War II and called the baby boom. Clint stated that “I believe my mother’s perception of our house really reflects the era she grew up in.” He realized a lot of stuff with his mother, like the different era where she was born, and the modern era where it had gender equality. Clint also shared that he knew the attitude of his mother towards the cleanliness of their house. However, during that moment, he also recalled something from his father.

A Piece Of Advice
When Clint was having a conversation with her mother, he recalled a piece of advice coming from his father. It was the words which he could not forget. It was about finding a potential wife. He could only think about his father at that point. The advice that was given by Clint’s father was, “Stop by her house unexpectedly. See how it looks in there. You can tell a lot about a woman by how she keeps her house.” It was why Clint considered the little advice given by his father on their relationship with his wife.
