Born into hardship and adopted into the Adams family, Gabe faced challenges that surpassed those of many children blessed with a stable upbringing. Despite being surrounded by love from his large adoptive family of 13 siblings, Gabe encountered numerous hurdles due to his severe disability. Simple daily tasks that others took for granted became monumental challenges for him, exacerbated by the unkindness and prejudice he faced at school. The relentless bullying and societal stigma eventually forced him to switch schools early in his education. As Gabe matured, the weight of his physical limitations and the emotional toll of constant adversity led him to dark moments of despair, where thoughts of escape seemed preferable to enduring further pain. Throughout it all, his parents stood unwaveringly by his side, offering encouragement and instilling in him the resilience needed to navigate a world often unaccommodating to his needs.

Gabe encountered a multitude of challenges, yet with the unwavering support and nurturing guidance of his parents, he triumphed over adversities. Their unwavering belief in his capabilities instilled within him the self-assurance to persist, notwithstanding his condition of being born without arms and legs due to an illness. Driven and resilient, Gabe adeptly acquired crucial life skills such as reading, writing, and utilizing technology autonomously. As he learned to navigate a wheelchair independently, he embraced newfound liberty in solo world exploration.
