Countess Francesca McKnight Donatella Romana Gregorini di Savignano di Romagna is her given name. Francesca is Ringo Starr’s stepdaughter and the daughter of Barbara Bach and Count Augusto Gregorini. She is a writer and agent who is Italian-American. Francesca Bach, Bach’s older sister, grew up in Rome and America before moving to England when her mother married Ringo. She experimented in music before establishing herself as a filmmaker. Gregorini was also recognized for her marriage to Portia de Rossi, and in 2013, she released “The Truth About Emanuel,” an indie film. (pre-Ellen).

From his marriage to Barbara Bach, Ringo has another step-child, Francesca’s brother. Four years later, Gianni, Francesca’s younger brother, arrived. Gianni was a pageboy at his mother’s wedding to Ringo when he was a small toddler. He began working for his father in Italy as he grew older, but he later relocated to Los Angeles and established himself as a businessman. Unfortunately, little information about Gianni can be found on the internet. I’m afraid I won’t be able to provide even a smidgeon of interesting information, as much as I’d like to. I must mention, though, that he and his sister (along with the rest of these babies) were born in good health!
