Stella McCartney Today
Before founding her own clothing business in 2001, Stella worked her way up the corporate ladder. Stella McCartney now has 17 shops across the globe. Stella drew a plethora of prominent clients as well as a lot of athletes (including her personal friend and model Kate Moss). She was in charge of designing all of the British Olympians’ outfits for the 2012 Games. For her services to design, she was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire the following year. Stella isn’t scared to create a commotion. She wore a shirt stating “It’s About F–king Time” to her father’s induction ceremony at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She is married to publisher Alasdhair Willis, with whom she has four children.
