The doctor urged Susan to think about any recent changes that might have contributed to this. anything strange or peculiar. It would let the doctor understand what was wrong much better. Susan hung up the phone after saying she would think about it. What might have caused this? She was unsure for sure.

Susan thought back on the prior week. She had not engaged in any unusual behavior with her child. A few days earlier, she and Roy went for a trip in the woods.
