Susan didn’t notice anything unusual when she woke up to her baby wailing. It seemed to be a typical morning. She had stood up and trudged over to the toilet to change Roy, her infant son, into a new diaper. While preparing his milk, she was unaware of any issues until she was about to pour it into his cup and was prepared to yell.
