For John, the trip down to Kyle’s new home was excruciating and taking way longer than he realized. After around two hours on the lane, they were still traveling. John was so distracted with jobs that he couldn’t see Kyle until the Smiths adopted him. Eventually, as they landed, he felt a pinch of remorse for his old mate.
