Every single day, Mr. Doug would order a roast beef slider with swiss cheese for lunch. He never forgot to pair it with Coca-Cola, no ice. “Hey, Mr. Doug,” Christina asked one particular day as she served his meal. “We just want to know what keeps you coming back to this Arby’s location?” His answer did not have anything to do with the fact that their sandwiches tasted good.
