Even though Mr. Doug struggled with health issues and had no family left, he was not alone. After all, Arby’s went out of its way to give him the respect that he deserves. By then, it had been a long time since the veteran fought for America and risked his life in the ‘40s. The government might not have given him the support he needed, but he found it somewhere else.
